Once you have successfully activated your account you are then able to add in additional personal information to your user account, including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, gender, as well as your homepage, Twitter user profile name and to also add in ‘about me’ details though none of this is compulsory to maintain an active account.
Ongoing Data Capture: In addition, when you use the Service, we capture and store certain personal information including information on your activity on the Site and information held on the Device(s) you use to allow us to enhance the Services that we provide to you. We also use ‘cookies’ and our ‘cookie’ policy is explained below.

In this event we may require evidence of and be satisfied as to your identity before we take any requested action. To contact us to exercise any of your rights as set out in this Clause 12, please e-mail Support. We may, in certain circumstances, levy a small charge to cover the cost of administration regarding any request made by you in this regard or deal with your query in accordance with the Act as may be applicable.
- Additional Rights. You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- a right to object to processing that is likely to cause or is causing damage or distress;
- a right to object to decisions being taken by automated means;
- a right in certain circumstances to have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased or destroyed; and
- a right to claim compensation for damages caused by a breach of. data protection law.
